You are viewing the website and information of the newly formed ISCO International LLC.  On May 19, 2009 the operating assets of ISCO International Inc. were acquired by ISCO International LLC.  The ISCO name and website were also acquired in that transaction.  On July 14, 2009 ISCO International Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.  While the names are similar there is no relationship between these two entities.  Neither of these events has any impact on-going operations of ISCO International LLC.  The acquiring company, ISCO International LLC, is a privately owned company.  The public company ISCO International Inc. has a new website, www.iscointinc.com .  All ISCO International Inc. company filings for the period from 2007 to the present and other company information are available at their site.
