MEDICAL & DENTAL INSURANCE
Insurance is effective on employee's start date. ISCO is proud to offer its HSA
plan for employees at no charge or a PPO
plan for employees for a small employee contribution.
STOCK COMPENSATION PROGRAM
All employees will be eligible to participate in the growth of ISCO through a
stock compensation program.
401(k) PROGRAM
ISCO allows qualified employees to contribute to a 401(k) plan.
VACATION DAYS
New employees begin accruing one vacation day per month worked (up to 10 days)
after the first two months of employment. On the first anniversary date of
employment, employees begin to accrue 1.25 days of vacation per month and can
accrue a maximum of 15 days of vacation.
HOLIDAYS
All employees receive eleven paid holidays per year including one floating
holiday.
LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE
$50,000 of coverage is provided at no cost for each employee.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY
A percentage of total salary is paid based on years with the company and length
of time disabled, up to 180 days.
LONG TERM DISABILITY
Insurance protection is provided in the event that a disability exceeds the
short-term disability maximum duration.

Education/Experience:
BS in Engineering, MSEE preferred, and a minimum of ten years
related experience
Position description :
RF Manager leading a team of 5 Engineers in design and development
of RF front end products. The Candidate must have 5 years of
experience in a management or supervisory role. Must be
familiar with typical wireless base station architectures, and have
expertise in analyzing and evaluating RF performance in such
systems. The position involves some travel to support sales team
when needed.
Necessary Skills:
- Good communication skills. Able to clearly and concisely
communicate with team members and management on issues concerning
designs and goals.
- Must be familiar with and understand the concepts
of radio frequency propagation and transmission theory, including
amplifier gain and noise figure, insertion loss, inter-modulation,
and return loss.
- Should have laboratory experience with test
equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power
meters, and multimeters.
- Expertise in engineering methods and state
of the art of components used in wireless telecom (400 MHz-3 GHz),
to the design, prototyping, and testing of: Low noise amplifiers
,Digital receivers and Heterodyne analog RF processing
Recommended skills :
- Experience with design tools like MDS ( Microwave design system)
is a plus but necessary
- Experience in R.F./Microwave design of filters or related passive
devices a plus, but not necessary
- Documenting all phases of the design process in compliance withISO
9001:2000 quality standard requirements is a plus but not necessary
- Applying design for manufacture principles, and supporting
manufacturing with engineering expertise as required is a plus but
not necessary

community. Specific objectives will be to establish, and broaden,
the approval and adoption of ISCO RF Enhancement solutions within
these carriers.
This individual will have significant authority
and responsibility, and will be accountable for all aspects of these
client relationships, with a specific objective of aligning ISCO as
a recipient of relevant RFP bid opportunities, and related strategic
interaction with the carriers.
You must have:
- Proven sales track record in a relevant field
- Existing relationships within one or more of
the Tier 1 carriers
- Strong analytical skills, with outstanding
verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to handle multiple priorities,
projects and relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment
- The ability to meet or exceed assigned quota

opportunities and management objectives within these accounts
- A strong understanding of complex sales

Senior Hardware Design Engineer...
We currently have an opportunity for a
Senior Digital Hardware Engineer, with specific domain expertise
in the design, simulation and testing of digital signal
processing algorithms on FPGAs. The successful candidate will
possess the following qualifications:
- 10+ years digital hardware design experience.
- A proven track record of innovation.
- Experience in the implementation of high-speed DSP algorithms in
- FPGAs.
- Expertise in Verilog/VHDL
- Expertise with the Xilinx Virtex FPGA family.
- Expertise with Modelsim design tools.
- Expertise with HDL designer
- Familiarity with C/C++ is desirable.
- Familiarity with Synplicity Synplify Pro synthesis tools.
- Familiarity with RF subsystems is a plus.
- Familiarity with wireless telecom applications is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment is also
desirable. Additionally, our engineers tend to be very
multi-disciplinary, and enjoy working on complex designs that
integrate analog, high-speed digital, and RF subsystems.
